Maintenance Technician - Night Shift
- $25-35 an hour base pay (no overtime required)
- Profit sharing bonus
- $1/hour shift differential
- Flexible schedule options:
- 4x10s (Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri)
- 5x8s (Mon-Fri, 10:30PM-6:30AM)
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently-not just reacting to breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
- Work on motors, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and shafts
- Diagnose issues using PLCs, HMIs, schematics, and ladder logic
- Perform installs, rebuilds, and preventative maintenance
- Use CMMS to track work orders and repairs
- Identify root causes and implement long-term fixes
What You Need
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- 2+ years of PLC troubleshooting experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems
- Comfortable working nights and being on your feet
Pluses (not required):
- Welding or fabrication experience
- Experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment
